Hi, I am having a strange issue since linking my remote controller from my avata to FPV and now the FPV when I hold the power button for four seconds, as directed by DJI fly app, there is no sound to indicate the craft is re-linking. This happens with any of my batteries after repeated attempts. After over a year of flawless operation, now, the goggles V2, coupled with the DJI fly app  even using the usb-a to usb-c dongle, can no longer locate the FPV aircraft.

I recently updated the goggles v2 firmware to the latest version, which enables avata compatibility.

Curiously, I have noticed that the FPV is now missing from my devices inside by DJI profile

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, djiuser_GobraPd0RJFu. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the inconvenience. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

1. Check whether the DJI FPV Goggles V2 is in FPV mode. If it is in the DJI Digital FPV System mode, please switch to the FPV mode. Then, link the aircraft with the remote controller.

2. Download the DJI Assistant 2 (https://www.dji.com/downloads/products/dji-fpv) to your PC. Connect to DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series), and refresh the firmware of the DJI FPV Goggles V2, DJI FPV aircraft, and remote controller. Restart the three devices, and link the DJI FPV with the DJI FPV Goggles V2 again by following the steps below:

• Press the Link button on the DJI FPV Goggles V2 until you hear two short beeps. Press and hold the aircraft’s Power button. After the linking is successful, the aircraft status indicator will blink yellow quickly.
• Press and hold the remote controller’s Power button until you hear two short beeps. Press and hold the aircraft’s Power button. After the linking is successful, the aircraft status indicator will blink yellow slowly (indoors without GPS).

Great tips thank you DJI Gamora. I'm using MacOS Ventura and when I plug in the goggles v2 to my macbook nothing is happening.

I have read from the install to allow loading system from developer Joshua Wise for HoRNDIS although unsure how to do this in Ventura currently
