My battery is stuck in some sort of "state". The power button is lit soled green and the second light from the switch blinks twice, off, blinks twice and so on. It has been doing this for 4 days now. What is going on?

No. The battery start button is lit solid green (no blinking), the second light from the start button blinks green two times, slight pause, blinks two times, and repeats over and over for four days. ALL the other lights do not light or blink. Pressing the on off button does nothing.
