You've got as far as creating a thread, which is the first step. In order to make it live, there has to be some text - which you've also done. Next, to insert a picture, click on the "Picture" icon and select one from your personal archive on your PC. (Note that it must be less than 2Mb in size)  by clicking CHOOSe FILE, then UPLOAD (Blue tab)  then don't for get to CONFIRM (Blue tab)  See the pic below:
