if the battery capacity of the drone is less than 25%, and the drone has not been flown within 1 month, is there any particular effect?

and if you fly a drone, it just hovers from 100% power until the battery is less than 25%, does that have a certain effect?

for the dji air 2s fly smart combo, it has 3 batteries. I haven't flown it in about a month. all my drone batteries have more or less 25% battery charge. and all battery positions are outside the bag (in the room) cover with anti dust plugs.

any suggestions from community friends?

The batteries should be stored at 50-60%. Storing a fully charged battery is bad, but most DJI-batteries have a discharging function to automatically discharge it to recommended charge level.
If the batteries will not be used for some time, it's a good idea to discharge it completely (hover until it stops), then charge it fully, and then fly (discharge) until the battery is at 50-60%. This is called to cycle the battery, and it should be done every 3-4 months.
Never store a battery when it's empty, it will over-discharge and eventually become a brick.

Hi, Aerion Sky. Thank you for reaching out. If the battery of DJI Air 2s is to be kept idle for a long time, then ensure the battery level is about 60%. It is also recommended to discharge the battery every three months so the battery can be kept in a better way.

Battery auto-discharging protection: To prevent swelling, the battery automatically discharges to 96% of the battery level when it is idle for one day, and automatically discharges to 60% of the battery level when it is idle for 9 days. (It is normal to feel moderate heat being emitted from the battery during the discharging process.) Hope this helps. Thank you for your support.

@ArticPhoto : i dont know whether its right or wrong with the way i did, but what i did is : at least in a month i charge at least 1 battery to 100% and then let it the drone hover until the battery round about 25%. for the rest of 2 more battery, i do not check it.

It means that if you charge the battery to 100%, unplug it from the charger and leave it alone, it will start discharging itself. This is to protect the battery because it should not be stored at 100% charge. After 9 days the battery will have discharged to 60%, which is the correct level for storing the battery.
