I have always flown racers, it took me two try's on the simulator to get
use to the motion controller. I haven't tried to fly through anything yet
I am waiting the regular controller to do that. But that's coming

At least you were able to order the regular controller because for a while they were impossible to come by unless you wanted to pay triple on eBay.  In the meantime the motion controller is a very good device.

I've seen many mixed reviews on the MC.  Seems pilots either love it or hate it with not many taking the middle road.

As you can see from my profile I've been around for a while,
if I wouldn't have save my points I don't think I would have purchase one.
I had over $400 in credits so I took advantage and purchase. Maybe some up
you're credits and purchase when and if it make sense.

The points you earn here can be exchange for cash to be used to purchase
on the DJI website. I just call them credits.

Oh.  I didn’t know that. I thought that was just a score for levels.   I only got my mini2 at Christmas so still finding my feet here.

No worries, So the points system goes 1800-$10 /3600-$20/ 5400-$30
however $30 is the most you can get monthly. You get the points by
creating post and commenting on post. Looks like you have around 1500 points.
The points also helps with your ranking as well.

I wish I could fly the Avata but alas I tried a cinewhoop and got extreme vertigo, even if I sat down to fly it.  

I'm sure you'll master it in the simulator and be out in the field in no time.  

what about a tripod holder for motion controller for top gun feel?
