Has anyone tried to record video and charge the RC PRO at the same time ?

Something like that Baseus Audio Adapter USB-C to Mini Jack 3.5mm + USB-C

Sorry.  I didn’t realise you wanted cable mics specifically.    There was a post about a cheap mic on the forum but it was German and I don’t recall the name.  Maybe try a search.
