Hi, phil-142. Thank you for reaching out. For your reference, you need to be logged in to the same account to unbind the drone from it. Go to Profile>Device Management>Account and Device>Remove Device From Account. In your case, we can see by checking the serial number that the drone is no longer bound to the account. This is why the option does not show on your end. The new owner can feel free to bind the drone to their account. Should you have further concerns, please reach back here at DJI Forum.
