hi everyone.

i sent my mavic 3 classic to a company to buy.

they inspected it and are happy to buy it.

the only problem is how to unbind it from my account.

i purchased it from another online retailer.

any help will be appreciated.

Just goto Profile - device management - Mavic 3. Then tap remove device from account under the bound to section.

i dont have the drone or controller. the company that i sold it to have it.

is there anyway i can unbind it from my pc on dji website.

Install the DJI fly app on you phone and then login and you should still see it under device management.

thank you for the reply. i have tried using the app on my phone and the only drone on there to uninstall is the mini 3 pro.

Hi, phil-142. Thank you for reaching out. For your reference, you need to be logged in to the same account to unbind the drone from it. Go to Profile>Device Management>Account and Device>Remove Device From Account. In your case, we can see by checking the serial number that the drone is no longer bound to the account. This is why the option does not show on your end. The new owner can feel free to bind the drone to their account. Should you have further concerns, please reach back here at DJI Forum.
