Hello to all:  
My M30T Beacon shuts down in IR mode and can't get it back on until I land and reboot drone.  Anybody know why this happens and how to correct it in flight?

There is a setting called "lights off during recording"

There is the same problem on M300 with LiDAR as well.  It is very painful especially for the night flight.  

This has already been reported to DJI a while ago, but obviously it's not the priority.  I stuck an autonomous, green beacon on the drone to overcome the problem and comply with EU regulations.
