I just got a Action 3 camera and am attempting to connect it to the Mimo app on my Samsung S21 phone.  It starts to search but after a few sec says "No DJI device found".  I just got off the phone with DJI support and the person I talked to said the Samsung S21 is not compatible.  If that is true, I'm going to return the camera since I can't activate it so it will work without the app. I was suprised it is not compatible with the S21, it is a pretty common phone.

A lot of Samsung phones doesn't work with DJI Mimo and DJI Fly.

Doesn't you have friends with other phones so you can get it activated?

I could but...  GoPro will work

I encountered the same issue with my S21 I had to pick my wife's S10 to get it activated what is a shame for DJI. Are you forcing customers to use IPhone doing that.

works well with my S21. Maybe try downloading the newest update of the mimo app

The camera is not the issue or the phone. Both are marvels of science, if one of them doesn't work, maybe is user's fault. I have exactly the same rig as you mentioned and I assure you both works like a charm.

I have the Samsung S21 Ultra and it will not connect. a facebook group post has peole with the same phone having zero problems whatsoever !!!

Update: after deactivating Google One VPN DJI Mimo and Action 3 worked properly together. Maybe VPN/Proxies are a point to consider if connection fails.

I also am having problems opening my DJI go app.
It was running fine this past summer, but cannot open app at this time.
I'm operating the following:
Samsung S21
DJI Phantom 3 Standard
