Am I to understand that the DJI Mini 2 does not take RAW video?

What do you mean by RAW video? Do you mean recording in LOG, or do you you mean real, pure RAW? If the latter, the answer is a big no.
Some very expensive and professional cameras can record RAW footage (which technically is not video at all). But the Mini 2 is as far from a professional camera as you get.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. The DJI Mini 2 support photo format JPEG/DNG(RAW). If you are referring to the D-Log mode, D-Cinelike mode, or other color modes for videos, the DJI Mini 2 does not support this function. Thank you for your understanding and support.
