I just received a brand new min3 pro replacement from DJI. To my surprise and disappointment when I try to activate it I get this Error saying device activation prohibited. Contact support (1112). I contacted support , not very helpful. I reinstalled the app on my phone updated the firmware. Still the same problem. Now they want me to send back the unit .  Has anyone had this issue and found a solution.

I have never had that problem. it must have been a flyaway or something...
