Hi! Yesterday I was filming with my Mavic 3 pro and suddenly I've Lost signal and the function return to home was activated. It was very close in distance to me and only 60 mts high. What could happened?

May I ask did you try to restart the remote controller? If the image transmission returns to normal after restarting, we recommend you choose a flight environment with less interference. If the disconnection occurs frequently, it is recommended that you export the abnormal data for our further analysis.

I’ve had this problem as well but I’ve tried restarting the controller and connecting another one but I’ll connect but before I take off I lost signal
