Can anyone tell me why my videos are suddenly corrupted with colors like shown here?  I have switched storage cards, reformatted cards, etc.  Firmware is up to date.

Hello, there. Sorry for the inconvenience. May we know if your drone crashed before? Also, can we double confirm that this is the original video you exported from the SD card?

Make sure you are filming H264 and not DLog.

The drone is practically new and has never been crashed.  It is in pristine condition except for this video issue.

The video itself is original except that I have downloaded it from the card onto my computer.

Yesterday, I took six videos.  Only one of the videos was affected by this issue once the file is copied onto my PC.

That video plays perfectly in the DJI FLY APP.

I downloaded a copy of the vide to my mobile device from DJI FLY APP and it plays perfectly (although at a much smaller file size and resolution).

Got it. Did you change the video player and the issue still persists?
