It took a lot of time, but there has been some activity again at the 'house to be' of my sister and brother in law.
I did participate in some of it and as I type this, it looks quite different already after a Saturday of hard work.

I like this angle too.

No.
There are some dates that are fixed (like when the roof arrives).
But other than that, go with the flow.

Yeah, no doubt.  Once the framing is in place it doesn't take long to sheath it in.

This is the 'outer inner wall'.
So there will be brick on the outside and particle board or OSB on the 'real inside'.
This is just sheeting to hold the insulation in place and make sure moisture can get out (but not in)
