Does the DJI Mavic 3 still have bugs? I was waiting for the bugs to go away so I could get one. Should I get one?

For me all bugs have been ironed out in the drone and if you buy one now with a manufacturing date 2023, you will have an awesome drone.

That's interesting Suren, am I missing anything on my first batch 2021 built Mavic3 with all the latest updates, which I think is already AWESOME now!

Not missing anything.
Your early production number is the same as later ones.

You've waited too long.
The Mavic 3 was fine when it was released but DJI introduced the big problems with an early firmware update.
This was finally fixed last May - 10 months ago.

Not missing anything but I feel and @Zeus confirmed with his as well, my drone which has a manufacture date of Jan 2023 flys better, not jerky in bypass mode, camera quality feels so much better, sharper and videos and images look more crisp even the tele camera looks amazing now.

I had a launch one and now a 2023 one. There is no difference between them.

It still isn’t embedding the color profile for raw images like the other recent models do.

You are probably just seeing the difference of two different firmwares. I can take content I have that was on the same firmware but different manufactured dates on the drones and it still looks the same. Which is the feel lens is very soft and very noisy still. Which is expected with how it works.

That has nothing to do with the drone and doesn't matter anyway.
You don't need maps to fly.

I think the M3 is acceptible now. But not by any means as advertised; so far, too many promises unfullfiled.

You have to be on the internet unless you offline load the map which is way too small of areas when you do that.

There currently is a bug too that makes the map look blank if you are in a restricted area because the overlay for that is way to strong and blocking elements below it.
