Yup I have been out plowing snow again, but got to test the stabilization this time and

I'm actually getting tired of all the plowing, but again then I have something to record.
Those scenes where I really put it to test, just show how good the stabilization work.

I'm gonna have to test this stabilization theory out more thoroughly. So I bought me a bottle of scotch. Let's see if HorizonSteady is up to the test...

In watching the video I noted how well the stabilization worked.  The OA3 might have a "shortcoming" or two but overall it seems to be a really good action camera.

I remember with the first Osmo Action how amazing RockSteady was back then, and now RockSteady 3 is just incredible.

Each iteration of RockSteady seem to improve tremendously.  Not sure how much more they can improve on it.

I think there is still possible for even better stabilization if there is enough MP and cpu is fast enough. Size of camera will be challenging then.

Size is always a limiting factor.  Good news is technology has really helped in shrinking components.

Heat is the main problem with better technology as always, but will be better.

Yes we have what we call spring-winter, where it really is spring but we can get some snow like in early May.

True as the smaller things get it is much harder to dissipate the heat being generated.  Although I must say my GoPro 11 has never overheated even after extended videoing.

I think actually they have fixed a lot of things with 11 compared to 10/9/8, but I will still have doubt about gopro for some years.
If only Chinese made gopro it would worked since 8

Hehe, well a lot of people here travel to Spain,Crete,Cyprus etc. during winter to get sun and warm weather. Even some politicans think we up in north should get a free trip to some warm places every winter just so we can something for living in the cold north

Yes but only when they do.
In wintertime we get a lot of cruiseships and they doesn't leave a lot of money, and only for those that have activites like dogsledding, and other adventures.
And in summer we have a lot of Germans with campervans/RV's

Here they constantly fill the local hotels and restaurants.  When visiting Disney World you'd think you were at the United Nations when hearing all the different languages being spoken.  

Right now major league baseball spring training games have kicked off so getting lots of locals and tourists at the baseball parks.  

Another interesting thing is when you drive down the highway you will see car license plates from all over the United States and a few from Canada.
