An unexpected sunrise......

Yesterday was supposed to be the last day in the series of these shots,  so this morning I didnt rush to be out and on location before Blue hour,   instead I left 5 minutes before sunrise and even took a detour via the post box.      By the time I had got near the water I was beginning to realise the sky was quite red.   So I took off by the Railway and had the drone adjacent to me as I walked.  

Enjoy what probably will be the last shot in the series.

I favour this one. But they're all great - much better than our persistent drizzle from 10/10 cloud.

OMG, what a fantastic collection of sunrise shots DA.    You couldn't have ended this project with a better series of shots.  All great captures but sunrise over the castle is my favorite.

Thanks Mr B.   We've had snow flurries,  then rain and not 10/10 cloud like you.  But I just saw a yellow warning for snow tonight from the met office.  

I wasnt going out to capture the sunrise this morning,  in fact I left much latter than usual and got lucky.   But as the weeks weather is looking grim Ive started the returns process on the Mini 3.

9 days of rain on the forecast at the moment,  but it keeps changing,  so Ive been a good boy and got all the wood that was waiting to be cut and split done,  about 2 cubic metres worth.  I now have back ache.

Very lovely sky, nice reflections. Sky getting better in each pic til the castle appears (which enhances the shot of course).

thanks Depp.    It was quite unexpected this morning and luckily the sun was also late as I didnt make a point of going out for blue hour on location.

That sounds like plenty of wood to get you through until Spring temperatures hit.

Took the Mavic 2 pro out this morning for a blast in the bleakness between showers and Id forgotten just how loud that can be,  although still a joy to fly.     Had to only fly one battery as the dishwasher repair man was due at 7am.

I wont be burning any of that this year,  it will need to be seasoned.    Once we stop burning this year I need to reorganise the wood shed as it's got a bit out of control.

It's the Bosch official service,   so far they have been quite good in doing what they say they are going to do.
