I own an Osmo Mobile 3 and have used it very rarely.
Recently when I turned it on it slowly flashes the green LED and the gimbal does not hold position. Literally nothing from the online tutorials works. Re-installing the software on the phone doesn't help either. Several attempts to disconnect and reconnect don't work either. The device has not fallen or been damaged anywhere.
When I try to do the calibration in the options it does not respond when I click start. Is there any way to completely reset the device?

I have used and continue to use a Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro phone.
The problem with connecting the device to the phone.
The device does not hold position, it only responds to the trigger.
Sometimes strange things happen, because it seems that the device is connected to the phone, because it jumps the screen to the camera view, but does not respond to the button to take a picture or shows an empty battery, even though it is fully charged.
