how did you get the long exposure picture on top of traffic circle ? and the pictures on top of crowds you got a permission from who to take them ?

Great shots.  I actually had the same questions as willie, how did you keep from getting hit by some guy's t-shirt while at Doheny Park.  And I also haven't figured out the night exposure technique yet.

Lastly, were those actual individual photos, or were they screen shots from videos.
