Hi all

So I have a very annoying issue

When I try to download my videos to the DJI go 4 app to edit it give me a message saying “only JPEG and H.264 videos are downloadable”

When I look at the video info it shows H.264 so I don’t understand why it will not download the original files to my phone or iPad to edit

Please can anyone help ?

Just to add.. on my phone my videos are showing but they appear to be a much lower resolution like 720p

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. Can you please send us the screenshot of the error message showing on the app? Can you please try to sync all the flight records on your DJI Go 4 app then reinstall the app to check if the issue persists? You may also update/refresh the firmware of the aircraft using the DJI Assistant 2 software which can be downloaded on the link below. Please keep us posted. Thank you.
