Indeed it is.  

There is always a little "back and forth" between the state governments and the federal government.  Bottom line is federal government will always win over state government.  Kind of like a mouse trying to fight an eagle.

I thought it was fitting.  

On a different topic appears TikTok has taken over the hot seat in Congressional talks so DJI is getting a break this week.  I really think that in the long run they will eventually ban both.

No doubt you are spot on.  

The news is no longer the news.  It is all propaganda from either the left or the right. There is no longer even a pretense of serious journalism. The language used by the talking heads is designed to get you worked up and angry. Designed to make you afraid of your neighbor. Designed to excite your deepest passions and make all you care about seem threatened by people who have a different view point.  This is by no stretch of the imagination journalism let alone news. It makes gossip look respectable.

In my opinion this is all driven by the fact that sensationalism is linked to ratings and ratings are linked to advertising revenues.

Sorry, I'll get off  my soapbox now.

Luckily here the news is much more regulated but there are still bias for sure.
