I crashed my DJI Mavic Mini last week, and many in the comments of the original video suggested wrapped props caused this, so I decided to show you how to fix the DJI Mavic Mini propeller and test-fly it to see if it worked :-)

Nicely diagnosed Henrik.    To me that motor noise was definitely a give away that there was a prop issue.  I had to replace rear props on my old guard Mini and after that I left the Mini on a shelf in the unfolded position.  Only time they got folded was when I went on a trip and then unfolded immediately at the destination.

I guess this is why they introduced mini 2 only a year after

Ive had props deform through use alone,    took about 4000km on my Mini 3 Pro before they started to misbehave.

hahaha,   yes that was the "lightly used" M3P for sure.   I miss that little friend,  we spent a good 187.6 hours together.  Unlike its replacement thats only 5.31 hours.  

I wondered why you had "wrapped" props, lol. I think you mean warped props.

If the rear arm blades are swung forwards under the gimbal cover they are not squashed in the case, that's how I store mine. My Mavic Mini arrived with warped rear blades and , 2? years later I think it is still  on the replacement set I put on at that time.

Why not simply check the motor speeds in the DAT?

Despite the bad weather you've been able to get a few flights in to be at 166km already.

No doubt about that.  Once the weather clears a bit I'm sure you will double that quickly.  I notice your feet flown has jumped up recently to close to 68.5M.  Could be some flights just synced.

Despite the daily rains you persist in getting one of your drones airborne so I have no doubt the feet flow will continue to climb.  DJI should designate you as an official Mini 3 Pro long term tester and then provide you with a prototype Mini 4 to test out before release.  I'm sure you'd put it though it's paces much more so that some of the YT influencers that seem to only home in on the goods of the drone and rarely discuss anything negative for fear of not getting early releases in the future.

Im hoping to go and try and capture the flooding for one of the local outlets later,    well If I get something I'll tag them in it and see if they bite.

They weren't the best shots as you may have seen by now but the local IG channel did report them this morning so that was nice.  

I am surprised that the DJI case that came with the drone did this to the drone.  You would think that DJI would have thought this out in the design of the case.  Luckily I bought a Nanuk case for the Mini and it stores the Mini nice and safe.  But before flying any of my drones I do a a thorough check on them including checking the props for any deformities.  This is part of my pre flight check list as it should be part of any pilots pre flight check list.
