This is the umpteenth time...I shot an asteroid and I did download it to my phone...but as soon as I get home and take out the SD card and upload the data, there is no asteroid movie? Why would this be? Where do they go? So bizarre.

Hard to say if it is something wrong in your workflow or if there is a genuine defect.  Can you go do a device screen recording and show us what you are doing?

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble that this has caused. Can you please confirm if you experience downloading issues? If you encounter this issue currently, please follow the steps below to solve the problem.

1. When encountering this issue, close DJI Go 4 in the multitasking interface.

2. Reopen the app and enter the Editor interface.

3. Choose the raw material to be edited or an edited video, and it will be saved to your phone album.

Try doing it to internal storage to rule out the sd card.
