Hi everyone -

Aircraft was connecting fine no problems and one day I power up the AC and the controller and the AC does not connect to the controller.  
Controller says conencting and there are no abnormal light flashing on AC.

Suggestions / ideas ??

Have you gone through the pairing process or try to connect the drone to DJI Assistant?

No I have not as this was working fine.

What are the steps or where can I find these two processes?

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble that this has caused. Can you please try to update/refresh the firmware of your aircraft and controller via DJI Assistant 2 software and check if the issue persists? After doing the firmware update, please re-link the aircraft to the controller and see if there's any difference. I will post a tutorial below for your reference. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

Thanks for the idea as I could not link via the previous two means, hopefully updating the firmware will fix this issue. Have to wait until I get home this weekend as I don't have that cable with me.  
Will update Monday.

The remote is seen right away and says it's current version 1.4.05 is good but the AC is not seen!

What could be wrong with this thing now, it was fine then all these problems?
