Is normal this file from 48 Megapixel ? Is not real clean.. true? why this file is  so poor...?

Hold up, how far have you cropped this. Show the full size file. This is pure physics of optics and sensors. This is not a true 48MP sensor. I suggest you forget this mode and use 12mp - think about why you are using 48mp mode? Just stitch, it is simple and the dynamic range in 12MP mode is much better. Win win.

Don't zoom, don't use 48MP. Use the product to it's strengths. Shoot in RAW, at ISO 100 always, edit the files carefully and stitch if more res is wanted / needed and / or if wider field of view required.
