I've also had great service from DJI.  My only complaint is that they use UPS and they are the worst logistics company.  We call UPS - Unreliable Parcel Service.

It's great to hear that the service is great.  Luckily I have never had to use it yet.  If I do it is good to know they stand behind their products and do a great job fixing their products.

Is UPS just for repairs, I ask because when i buy its normally DHL, I have a parcel from the shop coming today i think and thats DHL

UPS for repairs and DHL for purchases I think,  at least thats my experience.    I sent my smart controller in as the plastic housing had cracked and they are sending me a replacement which is quite nice.   It's good they extended the warrenty to 24 months.

Yes,  locally here they got caught at Christmas taking items out of their packaging and bagging them up to save space in their cars.

I'm glad to hear your experiences with DJI have been great up to this point -- it give others like myself confidence in the brand. Thus far, DJI has been great in my experience as well. When I decided to return my DJI Mini 3 in order to upgrade to the DJI Mini 3 Pro not due to any fault of their own, they were helpful and understanding. When I missed the deadline to sign up for DJI Care + Refresh, they were helpful and understanding. DJI seems to be a great company that is very focused on customer satisfaction! I plan to be a customer for the foreseeable future. I hope this is the experience of most people but if it hasn't been reply to share your experience.
