Recent footage taken had rainbow lines across after transferring footage from the sd card to my iPad. Anyone any idea why this is happening.

It is always a good idea to post examples when describing errors in images or videos.

The horizontal rainbow lines showing on your dng files are a recent problem with the Apple software you are previewing the dng files with.
There is no problem with the actual image files.

This is because a recent update of Apple software, several reports of the same issue lately. Your image files are OK.

Sorry for the late response. We have reported this issue to the DJI engineers. It occurs when previewing DNG photos after the macOS/iOS system version has been updated. The DJI engineers are actively communicating with Apple Inc. to seek a solution. We recommend viewing or editing the original footage with Photoshop or Lightroom temporarily.
