Anyone tried on 14 beta 14.1?

Hi, I just installed the Android Beta (so I have the newest 14.1) and DJI Fly isn't working, same crash behavior as initially reported in this thread. Before going to the beta I updated to the latest DJI Fly which is 1.11.0.

I don't want to shoot the ambulance, but beta 5 (Build ID: UPB5.230623.003) is being released today.
It's the release candidate meaning that the API have been finalized for a long time now.

Congratulations to the devs for having one of the few applications on the play store from a "serious" company that is not updated during beta cycles. Must be proud of your work when coming back home, guys (and girls)

So you mean, DJI fly crap(app) is still not working with 14 beta5??? I haven't seen such a customer disrespect, last 13 years I'm using most of the NEXUS/PIXEL phones and first time see, such a crap app not ready till beta 5... Official 14 is a few weeks away and they are still not ready, DJI is like Lenovo, good hardware spoiled by ...ty software support

Full idiots, the software support team. My phone will update in the first hours of 14 official release... Since February they can't make the crap(app) work

Beta 5.2 available.
Still crashing, as expected, as the API are finalized, just in case she people here were expecting a miracle ..

I tried to use Litchi today with Android 14 and my Mavic 3 Pro. But Litchi doesn't work either because DJI Refuses to release the SDK!!
DJI policy from now on is to only release SDKs for "Enterprise Drone Products"
So if you own any Mavic 3 product, you're out of luck. Definitely my last DJI product!

App still crashing on final beta. Final version of Android 14 will be released next month... i hope DJI is ready. ???

If it is like their Hardware support for mobile phones they won't.  When it comes to the Phantom 4 Pro nothing with a USB C port and iOS will work.  I have given up all hope.

Hey! Android 14 beta 5.2 just show up as a surprise, does anyone already test the app on that one??

Doesn't work.

Come on Dji. You really need to get on top of this.  Why is there not an apk which sorts the beta software? I've had to roll back after updating to one ui 6, not because of any banking/ financial apps but purely because your app not working with my mini 2 se drone.

Can you at least provide when the app will be available?

With the stable version of Android 14 supposedly coming out today, I really really hope that we get to see the fix for the app AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! It's been way way too long for this to be fixed.

Download the latest app on their website. I have a s23 ultra running one ui 6 beta and it's working fine. Thankyou DJI for listening and responding. Here's the proof. So happy.

Finally!  Way too long, but finally working again.

I had just one flight with the new, working app, but it seems that my battery time is wayy better. Does anyone else notice that?

Big improvement to the app over except for the forced landing with sufficient battery, but no big deal.

DJI has been close to a full year behind EVERY android update since Android 9.. so basically, for the last 6 years, I've been able to use my DJI products for 3 months out of the year... and they have LITERALLY told me that I should just "buy an iPhone"

I've replaced ALL my DJI products and couldn't be happier with brands who care.

II cannot understand your complaint. Android 14 has been released yesterday but only for Pixel phones. The other phones will receive the upgrade in the next few months.
DJI Fly app is working with Android 14 since a month, BEFORE the final release of Android 14. It means that in this case DJI is not a full year behind, but one month in advance.
Then, what are you complaining about ?

Sorry about the inconvenience. Please clear the mobile phone cache and ensure that the mobile phone has enough storage available (10G or more is recommended) and hard restart the mobile phone. You can also try to reinstall the app. You can download it here: https://www.dji.com/global/downloads. I appreciate your patience.

14 Beta has been out most of this year. Just like every single year when they update OS, DJI lags seriously behind. The very reason they release Beta is so that devs, Like DJI can have ample time to get their app together for official release.
Every single year, DJI fails this.
And yes, I have a Pixel 8 Pro. And once again, I can't use my DJI products. I've been able to less than 50% of the time since purchasing.  DJI is the ONLY set of apps that I have encountered who can't get an update out on time. Literally every other app on my phones work perfectly by the official release.
That is my complaint, and has been for over 8 years.

Tried the latest Fly version with no luck. This is just dumb.

Typically, Android Beta enrollment does not roll over. It seems that was not the case this time. I automatically went to Android Beta 15. This is likely why the Fly app is not working.

Back to the old Galaxy tab for the duration. Wake me up when the Fly app works again. Hahaha!
