Salve. Ho acquistato Osmo Mobile 6, ma ho notato che con SAMSUNG GALAXY 8+ non rileva la scheda di memoria SD. Infatti continua a registrare i video sulla memoria interna del cellulare. Qualcuno è risucito a risolvere questo problema?

Hi, Serginodji. Thanks for reaching out, and apologies for the inconvenience. Please ensure that the default storage location is set to the microsSD card.
Go to Settings - Storage - Default Storage Location.
Also, check if the Storage Permission has been enabled on the mobile phone>
Go to Settings - Applications - Application Management - DJI Mimo - Permission.
Additional note: By default, photos/videos will be stored on the mobile phone’s local album. Whether the mobile phone’s local album can be recognized depends on the identification logic of the mobile phone system.

Ho fatto vari tentativi. Ho seguito anche le sue indicazioni. La APP DJI Mimo è anche caricata direttamente su SD, ma le registrazioni continuano a salvarsi in album locale del telefono cellulare. Eppure nelle opzioni ho indicato a DJI mimo utilizzare memoria SD.
Se non risolvo dovrò restituire prodotto acquistato tramite Amazon

I've made various attempts. I also followed his directions. The DJI Mimo APP is also uploaded directly to SD, but the recordings are still saved in the local album of the mobile phone. Yet in the options I have indicated DJI mimo to use SD memory.
If I don't resolve it, I will have to return the product purchased through Amazon

Could you please test a different microSD acrd which is recommened in official site to isolarte the issue?  If the new card works, the problem lies with the original card.
