Good morning
I have some landing issues with my DJI Mini 2.
In the last months my DJI Mini 2 does not land correctly, it goes down very very fast and doesn't recocnise the ground.
Usually when I go down with the stick, at 40/50 cm from the ground he slows down his movement and then he lands smooth, but now this not happend and he continues with fast movement.
So for landind i have to grab it with my hand and rotate upside down.

I tryed to calibrate IMU, compass, gimbal, RC but nothing changes.
Is it possibile to calibrate the bottom sensors? I can't find anything on the user manual.

Can you help me?
Thank you guys

P.S. sorry for my english

Hi,

Nothing wrong with your english, easy to understand your text.

If you like  upload a flightlog for this issue.

use this link > https://www.phantomhelp.com/LogViewer/Upload/
Post the uploaded link on here.

Log will show the height values measured (or not) of the InfraRed height sensor.

cheers

Have you tried the auto landing button to see what happens.

This is a bit worrying... I have a feeling I've read at least one other post on the forum describing something similar... I'll go have a look now.

How do you usually stop the drone's motors?
I usually land the drone with the control sticks then just continue to hold the throttle closed until the motors stop. Alternatively the CSC stick position should stop the motors once the drone is on the ground.

Have you tried RTH and let it land itself to see what it would do?

Hi guys thank you for your reply.
I have good news.
I flew the drone this evening, to try RTH and autoland but magically now it lands correctly.. I don't know how, I don't know why, but now it works..

Responding to your questions.
Autolanding button now works, usually I don't use this function.
Usually, for landing, I move the left stick down, when the drone slows and recocnise the ground it stops and I continue to hold the stick down. It lands and stops the motors.
As autolanding, now RTH works correctly.

I don't know why, maybe because last week I recalibrated everything three or four times..

You would still do best to post the flight log, as suggested earlier.
