Just charged a brand new battery and I found it flashing twice at LED3. Manual says to "press the button to turn off the Battery Level Indicator. Unplug the Intelligent Flight Battery from the charger and plug it back in to resume charging." But for kicks I popped it in and checked the app. Any advice? Never even flown the battery.

Hi Craig, this doesn´t look good. The max. difference of each cell should be 0.2v and there are several cells at this battery which are way beyond.
Talk to your dealer or DJI for a replacement. I would not fly this battery at all.

I would try to deplete the battery under 5% and format it - maybe the electronics needs recalibration. Does the app showing any errors?? If it wont work, return it to your dealer.

Deplete the battery under 5% or until it can't be turned on. Charge the battery. That's it
