I  just registered and updated all the firmware and app updates including my rc. but for somereason there is no dual band only 2.4 ghz. is this right for the mavic 3
its band new never flown drone i just got it today

I am still setting up and was wondering why theren no dual band when my mini2 uses it

any ideas or help please

I been trouble shooting the issue and it appears its only happening with the rc-n1 that's linked to the mavic 3 with the rc firmware update, which sucks
the mini2 is still using the both 2.4 and 8.5
Any solutions

after more trouble shooting I am able to connect my mini2 to the same mavic3 controller after a brief firmware update because of switching to the mini2, the mini2 connects and has both 2.4 and 5.8 bands working fine . But when i try to connect the mavic 3 to same rc-n1 and app 1.10.1 & after a brief firmware update after switching drones back to the mavic 3 goes back to just the 2,.4 ghz band
I did this with both the mini2 rc-n1 controller and the mavic 3 rc-n1 controller  the results are the same. the mavic 3 does not have the 5.8ghz band
Is this right?
I reckon could this be a firmware update problem can someone verify this please

Okay I am happy to say that after using DJI assistant 2 and rolling back the dji-rc-n1 firmware the dual band is working. But the DJI RC-N1 had to be rolled back and then reinstalled .. everything is good to go now
still waiting on my care refresh to go through
