My Ronin SC suddenly refuses to power up.

• The hand grip battery is fully charged.
• The connection to the gimbal unit has been checked.
• Gimbal has been registered through the app, but will no longer connect.
• Camera is mounted and balanced.
  

The only way I can get it to power on is if I have the battery grip connected and then add an additional power source via the USB-C port on the gimbal. The gimble will power on, but the motors will not activate and I cannot see the unit in the Ronin mobile app to pair/troubleshoot.
