Hello!

I just broke my DJI Phantom 3 Professional out from storage, and am rather unhappy to see that the item is telling me that the DJI Go app (which was not on the play store) should not be installed because Play Protect believes the application is "malicious" and "could be used to track me without my knowledge".

Can someone confirm if my old Drone can no longer be used without opening myself up to some security issues?

I do not want to have to buy a seperate device specifically to fly my drone.

Please let me know how to fly my DJI Phantom 3 Pro with an Android device in 2023!

I just received a mini pro 3 and am seeing the same message. My Google Pixel 8 pro will not allow me to override to install the app which in turn will not allow me to fly my drone. Is there a workaround for this?

Having same issue, and cannot install apk I just downloaded from official DJI store on my S24 ultra,so annoying!
I even tried installing it with the the APK INSTALLER app, and the process was 1)staging the app, 2) asking me to install it, I accept, 3) it says it s installing, 4) i get the google play protect prompt:"unsafe app blocked" and finally5) get dji notification saying app was not installed.
Why is this process so cumbersome?
Also, why can t you just add it to google store as well??
