I guess the incoming tide will have righted it again so it could be sailed away undamaged?

Great shots, especially the close-up.    I see quite a bit of slack in the mooring line so it appears he anchored at high tide and you can even see a little bit of hull rut showing boat movement before tipping to the port side.  That's a really nice sailboat so I'm glad no damage was done and it was able to get underway.

Yes,  in reality the tide puts them down really gently,  but that wouldn't make a good title.

Id love to know the story of this,  if he did moor at high tide it would be odd as the following day it was in the marina about 2 miles away from there which he wold have easily made.

Yeah, seems there is a lot more to the story about that boat.

lol,  I know,     the tide puts them down gently,    this one has already moved on.
