Hello! I'm seeking some assistance regarding a minor inconvenience I've encountered after connecting my Sony A7iv, RS3, and RAVENEYE module. I have NO video on the DJI RS3 screen, but the app and all feature work FINE! I have ensured that all the connections are properly established, and I've updated everything to the latest firmware version. Almost all the functionalities are working flawlessly, with ONE exception: I am unable to view live video on the DJI RS3 screen. Once I power on the devices (RS3), it confirms the camera connection and the "No Video Input" message disappears, but the screen remains blank/black. I can utilize the Ronin app and use all Raveneye features like Force Mobile and Activetrack, without any issues so I'm certain everything is connected properly. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem?
