When the sun is shinning its a popular spot it seems for the SUPs probably as it feels quite safe compared to being out to sea with waves.
I've never tried the Sups. Guess one day I should at least see what that's like. No doubt that is better exercise than sitting on my butt riding a jet ski.

I think that depends on how much you scare yourself on the jets.
I'm pretty aggressive when it comes to riding the jet ski. I've pulled a few flips on them, but just not recently. Mine was not quite as high a flip as this but almost.

jeez, I didnt know that was a thing. That could go bad fast surely.
Could and does. You have to pick the right combination of waves and have plenty of power to pull off a move like that. I've been thrown off several times trying stunts like that and as always the kill switch comes in really handy.

I was more thinking that could land on top of you.
It very well could which is why you have to have a "bail out" position in mind just in case. If the momentum is not enough to complete the rotation you best know when it is time to disembark.
