Even something as simple as 3RD Solo’s cable cam feature.

I don't see this working very well for a GPS only drone. For this to work as intended you're going to need RTK corrections. With a consumer Mavic 3's margin of error in location it's not going to be very repeatable camera tracks.

Yep. You need the precision of RTK (fine resolution of GPS via carrier wave measurement) to make this viable. Not likely in a consumer drone with just "envelope grade" accuracy. More like military use. Unless you like the very low res solution, then maybe....
