I have a problem with the REC button.

From one day to the next suddenly without function.

But you can still hear the click of the button.

The warranty can only be applied depending on the outcome of the damage assessment including the warranty period of your unit. Once the warranty period of the unit ends, we can no longer provide a warranty repair. Thank you for your understanding and support.
