I just experience an unfortunate event. I plug my Iphone 11 pro into the remote and fly with my drone, everything was fine, I landed and powered off the drone.
I left the remote with my phone on, and it started bipping to tell me to shut it off, but when I came back to the remote, my phone was dead, black screen. Impossible to power it again. I'm on my way to the Apple store, but I think the battery is dead...

Is that has happened to someone? Is the remote just kill my phone?

The remote controller is designed to work with mobile devices without any issues like this. Once you managed to turn on your mobile device, you will have an option to turn on/off the "Phone Charging" option under DJI Fly app > General Settings > Control. Thank you for your valued support.

Sounds like the phone may have overheated,  disable phone charging and this really helps stop the phone getting hot.
