My TB48 battery for my Inspire 1 v2.0 is producing cell voltages of down around 3.4V when under load. Does this mean my battery is junk and if so is there some way to fix it?

Hi there, may I ask if the battery is fully charged? Is there any error message?

It was 3/4 full and had been sitting for a while. I received a motor overload warning when I put load on the motors. Even after I charged the battery fully all cells would go in the red when the motors were under load.
