Hello everyone! Please help me! Often, the camera focus of my DJI Mini 3 Pro gets stuck very close to the lens, about 7 cm, as if it were a macro lens. It's an intermittent defect. As a result, I can't focus at other distances. I reset the camera settings, but it didn't help. Please see the attached photos.

Check if you are in Manual Mode.
If is AUTO and not Manual and when you touch the screen is not focusing, you have an issue with camera optics and need to be changed.

what is the correct string for this issue, as I have just returned to DJI and the mini 3 pro will not focus in Auto or manual. I have updated via assistant 2 as directed, still no joy.


Help with the correct string that allows us to fix this issue would be appreciated.

It was necessary to send the drone to DJI assistance for camera replacement.
