1. can I link my Spark/Tablet/remote for the first time using an OTG cable.....or do I need to do this wirelessly
2. after linking all 3 of the above when using an OTG cable should the wireless be off on the tablet when linking to fly?

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. Remote controller firmware version v01.00.0600 added compatibility to use an OTG cable to connect the Spark RC to an Android mobile device.
Advantages: Data transmission is more stable and is not prone to wireless interference.
Disadvantages: A suitable OTG+ cable is required. The connection can easily fail if a cable of poor quality is used.
