Tried just about every speed UHS-1 card I have and keep getting either card bad or too slow error messages.

Which brand of card are you using?

Lexar 667 x U3 A2 Class10 32G/64G/128G;
Lexar 1066 x U3 A2 V30 32G/64G/128G;
SanDisk Extreme PRO U3 A2 V30 32G/64G/128G;
SanDisck Extreme U3 A2 V30 32G/64G/128G.

An off the shelf charger for the controller so I don't have to drag out the BS30 every time.

DJI RC Plus supports a 45 W or above adapter using the PD protocol （for example, fast chargers for mobile phones, if the charger power is less than 15 W, the RC may not be charged by the charger. Hope this helps.

Not really. I purchased it years ago from Amazon to power a laptop. I've also used the wall wart for my smart controller and a multi output wall wart. The main requirement is 45W, or greater, via usb-c cable.

Hello may I please know why is the M30 limited to SD cards up to 128gb only? is this a firmware issue? can we hope that DJI increases that size limit in the future?
