I have a problem with DJI RC. There is no sound from device only beeping works.

  

Sounds from video tutorials is not working. Also voice alerts like “Home point updated”, “Take off”, “Landing” and others don’t work.

  

Device is not on mute and volume is high.

  

I have tried with software refresh and factory reset but it doesn’t help.

  

What could I do more?

Hi, Zgmajor. I'm sorry for the late response. Seems like you have already checked on everything and as you mentioned you have already made sure that the firmware is up to date but you're still not hearing anything, I suggest you get the DJI RC sent back to us for testing. You can submit a repair request on (dji.com/global/support).

I have the same problem with my DJi MIni 3 Pro and the  RC Controller. No Sound on Controller. The Drone is from 02.2023 do I have still warannty?

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. If I may ask, are you referring to the voice prompt? If so, please follow the procedures below:
1. Please ensure that the RC is not on mute and that the volume bar is turned up.

2. Try restarting the RC and aircraft and test again
3. Try resetting the factory settings on DJI RC
4. If the issue persists, please try refreshing the RC firmware using the DJI Assistant 2. You may refer to the following link to be guided on using the DJI Assistant 2: https://support.dji.com/help/con ... ;paperDocType=paper
