I have a problem with DJI RC. There is no sound from device only beeping works.

  

Sounds from video tutorials is not working. Also voice alerts like “Home point updated”, “Take off”, “Landing” and others don’t work.

  

Device is not on mute and volume is high.

  

I have tried with software refresh and factory reset but it doesn’t help.

  

What could I do more?

Hi, Zgmajor. I'm sorry for the late response. Seems like you have already checked on everything and as you mentioned you have already made sure that the firmware is up to date but you're still not hearing anything, I suggest you get the DJI RC sent back to us for testing. You can submit a repair request on (dji.com/global/support).

Thank You for answer. I have sent remote controller on service and today received new one and everything is OK.
