I have a very accurate scale that has a resolution down to 1/100th of a gram. I have calibration weights that I use to calibrate it. I have found one of my regular batteries is more than a gram heavier than my other two. The following are the weights of my drone with each battery (and DJI props). Battery 1 = 247.23 gr, Battery 2 = 247.09 gr, Battery 3 = 248.30 gr. With my plus battery = 286.89 gr. My Master airscrew props weigh an average of 1.09 gr for each blade for a total weight of 8.72 grams for the set of 8. The weights were 4 blades @1.09gr, 2@ 1.08gr, 2@ 1.10gr. The DJI props props weigh an average of .94 gr per blade for a total of 7.5 gr for the set of 8 making the Master airscrew props more than a gram heavier than the DJI props. With my heaviest regular battery the Master Airscrew props bring it very close to the 250g limit but just under at 249.48gr.
Wow, that's great. And as others have stated thank you for sharing! |
