Hi - I have an issue with momentary loss of RC link when using the Controller 2 with Goggles 2 and Goggles Integra with the DJI Air Unit/Air Unit Lite. It is apparent even in remote areas where no interference is possible and no other RC aircraft are in operation. There are about 10-20 breaks per minute of flying even when flying in close proximity. The updated air unit software has improved the condition but it is still a problem. Goggles firmware = 01.05.00.00 Air unit = 01.01.00.00 Remote Controller 2 = 02.00.07.00.  The issue is constant, even when flying close by with the signal status bar showing full signal strength. The breaks are clearly displayed in the Betaflight black box viewer.  The breaks in the RX signal are usually around 100ms or less  but sometimes, when greater you will see that stage one failsafe is invoked, in this case, triggering angle mode and hover throttle.  Stage two is set to RTH after 1 sec and occasionally the break is long enough to trigger this.  During a long break, the goggles OSD shows 0 bars in the RC link strength which lasts for about 3 seconds until signal and pilot control returns.  I have not had a long break since updating the controller to .07. Luckily I am using Betaflight version 4.4 and the GPS has saved the craft several times. Had failsafe been set to 'Drop' these would have been several crashes.  I have tried substitute air units, goggles and controllers so hardware faults are eliminated from the equation.

Hello, there. About your issue, our engineers would like to have more information. Would you please export for us to further verify the issue?
1. Please screen-record the video in the Goggles and export it to us.
2. Please export the Logs in the Goggles and Air unit.
3. Please tell us the exact flight time so that we can analyze the logs.

Hi.  Many thanks for responding.  The flight is timed at around 09:20 on the 29/06/2023.  I downloaded all with that date just in case.  I also include a spreadsheet which logs all transmission breaks four of which were long enough to invoke failsafe.  There is a link to the full Blackbox log of the flight with video superimposed.  There are also four individual videos just showing the failsafe events.
Please note that this behaviour is the same with many different air umits/quadcopters.  I have also tried different controllers and goggles in many different locations so there is no hardware or local RF interference issue.

I just bought the controller 2 thinking it would be more reliable then crossfire until I learned about the unreliability aspect. So when the video goes out you lose the radio link as well. I really hope there will be an update and fix for this. Have you made any progress with yours?

There is no loss of video, just a short loss of the control link.  As I have my failsafe set to go to angle mode and hover throttle, you just notice a glitch as the quad levels out.  Very disconcerting! They say they are looking at the problem now. Fingers crossed.

Hi all, I have the same issue with my Air Unit and the RC2 with the Integra goggles. I have also some blackbox recordings, here is one small glitch for example : on the top, you can see the signal quickly glitching, and on the bottom the motors answer to that impulse.
Quad is in line of sight, nothing fancy.
