I can't seem to play my DJI-files on my flat screen Android TV.

Anyone know what might be the issue?
I have tried using 'Handbrake' software to different compressions and formats.
I've tried using a memory card dongle directly to the TV.

Just want to play at a 4K screen.

Hi, Dylle. Thank you for reaching out. Have you tried playing the videos using a computer?

Yes, on my computer the files play fine.
But I only have 1440p monitor and I want to use the 4K of the TV

Unfortunately it is a desktop, it is on my home network, but I haven't been eble to identify it as the computer. Not technical enough.

Cellphones and TV automaticly pops up through the wifi, but the desktop is on cable/fibre and does not support wifi. But I have had it in mind.

I do not want to lose quality, like publicating would.

I just want it to work off the memorycard, since it does show up as a preview, but the file won't play.
Thats why I tried different compressions and different formats like 'mkv' 'avi' 'mpg4' and so on

Are you sure you're recording in H264 and not H265?  I don't know if that might be a problem or not.

Hi there. Sorry for the late response. Due to different TV hardware models, we cannot guarantee that the TV will be able to play the video recorded by the aircraft. We recommend that you contact the TV manufacturer to learn the resolution, bit stream, and coding format for the videos supported by the TV model. If the video cannot be played, try to play a video with low resolution and bit stream. If the issue persists, we recommend that you use a computer to play the video. Thank you for your understanding.
