Help please..... When I switch to the zoom lens I can zoom in to 6.9 or 7x and the picture is grainy and very bad until 7 or 7.1x when it becomes perfectly clear. Is something wrong with it? Is there a way i can look at something on the zoom lens at 5x and it not be noisy?

maybe i misunerstood,

6.9 means you still use the 3x lense with digital zoom. On 7.0 or up the drone uses the 7x Lense. That’s why it is clearer.

This is what you get with digital zoom.
Stick to the native focal lengths to avoid that.

The 1x wide camera uses digital zoom up to 6.9x. At 7x, the zoom lens “takes over” and is at its native 1x zoom. Then it (the 162mm zoom lens) uses digital zoom up to a whopping 56x! It’s pretty cool, actually, in such a small form factor.
